Step-by-Step Guide to Design an Employee ID Card

  1. Go to www.easyidcard.com.
    • Create an account or log in if you already have one.Easyidcard
  2. Select ID Card Template
    • On the homepage, click on the “MAKE ID BADGE” button. Browse through the various ID card options and select a template that suits your requirements. Click on the chosen template to start designing.

  3. Customize the ID Card
    • Upload Logo and Background:
      • Click on the existing logo on the template. An Image editor tool will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the “REPLACE IMAGE” button. Browse your computer and upload your company logo.

  4. Add Additional Features

    • Select the “PANEL” icon from the top of the screen, and click” ADD NEW PANEL”; use the drag tool to choose the size, change color, and move it to your desired position. If you want your panel to be the card’s background, draw it to cover the entire card and select the “MOVE BEHIND” button to place it under other elements displayed on your card.
